The Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the Recruitment team and HR team to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters in all administrative activities
  • Maintain trackers and spreadsheets on a daily basis
  • Assist with the co-ordination of relevant assessments
  • Processing offers of employment
  • Managing feedback to candidates

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • 6 months administrative experience required
  • Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous

NB. In order to qualify for this learnership, you need to be currently unemployed and between the ages of 18 and 35.
