West Coast District Municipality: Bursaries 2023

West Coast District Municipality invites qualifying students to apply for Bursary Programme 2023 academic year.

Bursary applications are invited from first, second, and third-year students for the 2022 and 2023 academic years. which will be extended provided that the candidates adhere to the bursary conditions.

This bursary also focuses on current Grade 12 students applying for their first year of studies in 2023. The bursary is restricted to full-time study at an accredited University or the University of Technology or part-time at Unisa.

Fields of study:

Applicants who intend to study for an undergraduate degree (NQF6 / NQF7) or national diploma (NQF6) in the following fields will be considered:

  • Economics
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Internal Auditing / Risk Management
  • Financial Management / Accounting
  • Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering
  • Human Resource Management / Development
  • Information and Communication Technology
  • Public Administration / Management
  • Environmental Health Practices

The maximum estimated bursary amount is R50 000 per student for study fees (excluding accommodation or any other items).
