Umzumbe Municipality is recruiting South African unemployed graduates to apply for the Graduate Internships 2023/ 2024.
Umzumbe Municipality – Internship Programme 2023
Remuneration:Â R5000.00 Per Month
This is a 12 months experiential training opportunity.
Applications are Invited from Unemployed Graduates with the following qualifications: 3-year Diploma/3-4-year Degree in the stated fields below.
The available Placement Section required qualifications and a number of interns required are listed below:
LED – 2 (two) posts
- Diploma/Degree in Tourism Management I Agriculture, Rural Development, Economics
Community Services – 2 (two) posts
- Diploma/Degree in Development Studies.
Information Technology – 1(one) post
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology
Administration – 1 (one) post
- Diploma/Degree in Public Administration/ Public Management
Communications – 2 (two) posts
- Diploma I Degree in Public Relations or Communications
Special Programmes Unit – 1 (one)
- Diploma I Degree in Office ManagementI Bachelor of Social work
Public Participation – 1 (one) post            Â
- Degree/ Diploma in Public Management/ Local Government
Key Requirements for the Post
- Relevant Degree or Diploma qualification in the related field of study from a recognized tertiary lnstiMion.
- Registration with professional bodies where applicable.
- Applicants must reside within Umzumbe.
- The preferred target group would be between ages of 18 to 35.
- People living with disability are encouraged to apply.
- Proof of residence from a Councilor must be attached.
Key Performance Areas
Successful candidates would be required to carry out duties assigned by their Superiors.
