Tshwane Rapid Transit (Pty) Ltd invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for its Graduate Development Programme to be launched in September 2023. The aim of the program is to attract and develop young talented leaders by offering practical skills acquisition to prepare them for further employment outside the company.
We seek individuals who are achievement driven, passionate and go getters ready to accept this exciting opportunity. The program is for twelve (12) months and for youth between 18 – 35.
The Programme aims to achieve, among others, the following objectives:
- To provide workplace exposure to graduates to meet key skills needs
- To provide development opportunities in key career streams
- To recruit high performing graduates from diverse backgrounds to enhance the position of TRT as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree / National Diploma in the following:
- Human Resources
- Social Sciences
- Administration
- Transport Management / Logistics
- Finance
NB. Qualifications should be NQF 6 and 7
