Job Purpose: This program aims to create a talent pipeline for key positions in various departments within Transnet Port Terminals (TPT), focusing on the ICT department. The Young Professional in Training program is structured to last for 24 months. It’s designed to place young professionals in specific areas within TPT based on their academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and business requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program.
- Undergo performance reviews and assessments every six months.
- Submit monthly reports.
- Perform all duties as outlined in your development program and other tasks as required by Transnet Port Terminals.
Qualifications:
- National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
