South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP) invites eligible South African students to submit applications for the Bursary Programme for the academic year 2024. The bursary aims to financially support students pursuing full-time studies in property or related fields.

South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP): Bursary Programme 2024

Fields of study:

  • Degree studies related to commercial property qualifications (e.g. Finance, Property Development, Real Estate, etc.).

What the bursary covers:

  • The bursary covers study-related expenses and accommodation.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the SAIBPP Bursary Programme, applicants must meet these requirements:

  • South African Citizenship
  • Currently in Matric (in 2023) or have completed Matric
  • Enrolled or intending to study full-time towards a degree in the specified fields at specified public institutions
  • Strong academic performance
  • Demonstrable financial need
  • Willingness to become a student member of SAIBPP and engage in community outreach

  • Certified copy of ID document
  • Academic records (grade 11, Matric, and/or current academic year if applicable)
