SA Weather Service: Internship Programme 2024
The South African Weather Service (SAWS) hereby invites applications for a one-year Internship Programme. We are looking for suitably qualified and unemployed graduates to join our Internship Programme in the below mentioned fields of study.
Successful candidates will be required to enter into an Internship Agreement with SAWS for a duration of twelve months. There will be no obligation to employ the intern on completion of the Programme.

Internship Programme – Support Services
Stipend: R6 500.00 pm

Internship Programme – Research
Stipend: R6 500.00 pm

Diploma / Degree in:

- or any related fields of study
Work Integrated Learner – Finance
Stipend: R5 500.00 pm

- N6 in: Accounting / Finance
Work Integrated Learner – Support Services
Stipend: R5 500.00 pm

- N6 in: Management Assistant
Please note:
- Applicant must be 18 – 35 years of age.
- An applicant must have been unemployed and with no work experience.
NB. Successful candidates will be required to enter into an Internship Agreement with SAWS for a duration of twelve months. There will be no obligation to employ the intern on completion of the Programme
