In their first year, graduates go through a comprehensive development programme aimed at equipping them with the skills they need to succeed.
This development programme includes: The future fit programme, designed to build the graduates business understanding, critical thinking, complex problem solving, general awareness as well as resilience. The graduates typically work on a business project and will present their solution to a panel consisting of some RMB Exco members.
What you can look forward to:
- Accessing tailored learning and development.
- Attending monthly group coaching sessions and access to designated graduate coaches.
- Monthly group catch-up with the Young Talent team.
- Building a community through various engagements (virtual and in-person) with grad alumni.
- Access to Wellness Centre and Gym fitness programmes.
Requirements:
Completed or currently completing a postgraduate degree in:
- Commerce,
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
