The internship is a structured work-based program, affording unemployed graduates work experience in our company. The successful applicants will enter into a 12-month fixed term Internship agreement (not an employment contract) with the company and receive a stipend.

Payroll Internship
- BA in Business Administration
- BCom in Human Resources
- BCom in Accounting
- or similar relevant field
Data Analyst Internship
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in:
- Mathematics,
- Statistics,
- Actuarial Science,
- Data Analytics,
- Computer Science,
- Information Engineering,
- Informatics
- or equivalent
IT Help Desk Internship
Any of the following qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in: Information Technology
- Diploma / Degree in: Information Systems
- Or relevant IT qualification (degree and/ or diploma)
- A+ CertificateÂ
Payroll Analytics Internship
- BSc IT or other quantitative degree
Motor Assessing Internship
- Matric or equivalent
- 1 year certificate or higher in the Automotive/Mechanical or related qualification fieldÂ
Human Capital Internship
Degree or Diploma in:
- Human Resource Development
- Human Resources
- Industrial Psychology
- Labour Relations
- BCom law
- LLB
Selection Criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA
- Be between the ages of 18 & 35
- Must be currently Unemployed
