L’Oréal SA – HR Internship Programme 2023

Participate in HR objectives, aiming to acquire skills with a view to future responsibilities, and participate in the operations of the general HR division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Support employee requests regarding policy issues, rules, and regulations
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Contribute to the implementation of one or several HR projects
  • Participate in departmental activities (meetings, conferences, projects, etc.).
  • Prepare the elements required to ensure smooth running of meetings and draft reports.
  • Support with administration relating to the Employee life cycle (Attract, Engage, Grow & Exit).
  • Coordinate HR Culture & Employee survey initiatives.
  • Support in basic Employee Relations management.
  • Gathering payroll data like working hours, leave and bank accounts.

SELF-DEVELOPMENT

  • Enhance the use of My Learning and upskill self – 30 hrs of Training per annum

EDUCATION AND EXEPRIENCE

  • A Degree graduate that is actively looking to gain experience in the Human Resources field. 
  • Microsoft Office skills 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Great problem-solving skills 
  • Logical thinking 
  • Passion for working with people. 
  • Always display a “customer first” attitude 
  • The ability to work under pressure and have lots of energy and drive. 
  • Great organizational skills, deadline-driven and the ability to manage time well. 
  • A self-starter who enjoys working in a team, but has the ability to work independently 
  • The ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
