The purpose of this Programme is to provide the Graduate with advanced workplace learning in a specialised discipline in the field of study.
Responsibilties:
- Ensure relevant OD practices are coordinated, controlled and communicated
- Compile reports
- Participate in OD/HR related projects
- Provide relevant training to employees when needed
Requirements:
- Candidate must have Honours in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
- Clear criminal record and qualification screening
- Currently unemployed
NB. Registration as Psychometrist will be advantageous
