Requirements:
- Applicants must be preferably from Kwazulu-Natal;
- Applicants must be between 18-35 years of age, applicants over the age of 35 may also be considered;
- Asigned affidavit from a Commissioner of Oaths as proof of unemployment, clearly indicating that you have not previously benefited from an Internship Programme at National, Provincial or Local government level;
- Applicants must have successfully completed a 3 or 4 year Tertiary qualification;
- Candidates must be prepared to undergo a selection process that will include a structured interview;
- Candidates must, on the Z83 form (top left corner), clearly indicate the District Municipality within which they reside.

Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs: Internship Programme 2022 / 2023
The KwaZulu Natal Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs is offering an Internship Programme for a period of 24 months to unemployed graduates.
The Interns will be deployed to Municipalities in the Province of KwaZulu Natal in which they reside. This will provide opportunities to unemployed graduates to gain work experience in various skills sets at Municipalities.
