  • Grade 12 with Mathematics (NOT Mathematics Literacy) and Physical Sciences passed with 40%
  • Two South African Languages passed with 40%

Warehouse Learnership

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed with 40% 
  • Two South African Languages passed with 40%
  • Diploma / Degree advantageous

Sales Learnership

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed with 40%
  • Two South African Languages passed with 40%
  • Diploma/Degree advantageous
  • Driver's Licence advantageous

Human Resources Learnership (For People with Disability)

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed with 40% 
  • Two South African Languages passed with 40%
  • Present a valid medical record detailing the disability

Coca-Cola: Learnership Programme 2023

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to apply for the 2023 Learnership Programmes. Successful will candidates will enter into a fixed term contract with CCBSA  Manufacturing, during which they will undergo both on-the-job and theoretical learning, culminating in a national qualification.
