The Graduate Interns will be required to perform functions related to the specific area which they will be placed. He/she will be trained, guided, and developed under the supervision of experienced Executives/ Managers/ Specialists for a 24-month period.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in various business unit or business area related projects as and when assigned, and in line with development objectives.
- Job shadow and provide operational support aligned to specific development outcomes.
- Attend training and development programmes as and when assigned, linked to the personal development plan.
Required Education:
- NQF 6/7: 3 year Degree / Diploma / National Diploma
