Accutrak South Africa invites unemployed youth to apply for Electronic Technician Internship Programme 2023.
Accutrak SA – Engineering Internship Programme 2023
The rotational programme gives the Engineer in Training (EIT) exposure to a team that designs and develops unique production optimization systems for the mining industry. This entails in-house research and development of all technologies.
A personal development plan (PDP) will be tailored to meet the EIT and the company’s requirements. Progress will be assessed every six months over a two year period. The first year of the programme will be on-site at the head offices in Hartbeespoort.
At the end of their first year the EIT will select the engineering discipline of their choice and be allocated to the relevant engineering discipline lead on a full-time basis. From the beginning of the second year the EIT has the choice of working on-site or remotely.
After a successful graduate programme, the EIT will be appointed as an Engineer and a new PDP will be outlined for the next phase of growth.
