This is an exciting opportunity for graduates who want to have a smarter future within the mining sector. Initially, you will be offered a Three-year graduate programme with our Southern Africa Business Units rotating to one or more of our sites where possible (three twelve-month placements). You have the chance to make a difference in real projects and follow a structured learning development journey. 
The following Gradute Positions are open for applications:
Graduate: Chemistry
- Have a postgraduate degree (Honours) in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry.
- Have completed your honours degree or are due to graduate/complete by December 2023. 
Graduate: Control and Instrumentation (C&I) Engineer
- Have a postgraduate degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
- Have completed your Honours degree or are due to graduate/complete by December 2023. 
Graduate: Electrical Engineering
- Have a BEng/ BSc/ BTech/ National Diploma in: Electrical (Heavy Current) Engineering.
- Have completed your Degree or are due to graduate by December 2023. 
NB. Registered or in the process of completing GCC would be advantageous.
Graduate: Geomatics (Mine Survey)
- Have a postgraduate (Honours) degree in Mine Surveying.
- Have a BTech in Mineral Resource Management
- Have completed your degree or are due to graduate by December 2023. 
Graduate: Geotechnical Engineer
- Have a BSc Mining Engineering (NQF 8)
- or B Tech Mining Engineering (NQF 7)
- or B Tech Mining Eng Honours (NQF 8)
- or BSc Honours Geology
- or BSc Honours Engineering Geology.
- Have completed your degree or are due to graduate by December 2023. 
Skills and Competencies:
- Be a team player with strong leadership potential. 
- Demonstrate drive, ambition, and a passion for challenging work in our operations. 
- Be available/willing to work in remote areas of South Africa as part of the Graduate Programme such as North-West (Rustenburg) and Limpopo (Burgersfort, Steelpoort, Mokopane, Polokwane, Thabazimbi and Northam).
