Position title: Trainee Buyers – (Two Years Development Programme Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the internal and external vendors to ensure best practices for the procurement of materials
- Raise purchase orders.
- Resolve purchase order/invoice queries.
- Carry out general administrative responsibilities within the department Implement, monitor, and update procurement schedule
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or Abet Level 4
- Basic computer literacy
- Good communication, verbal and written skills
- Numerical, analytical, and interpretive ability
- Attention to detail
