We currently have Apprenticeship Opportunities available for unemployed youth in possession of a Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Responsibilities:
- Willing to learn the systems including diagnostics.
- Achieve daily and monthly productivity and efficiency targets.
- Ensure dealership quality levels are attained.
- Ensure franchise mandatory requirements are maintained.
- Endeavour to qualify in the allotted time.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is at 100% and all queries are attended to timeously.
- Ensure proper communication regarding jobs in progress
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Matric- National Senior Certificate- Grade 12 (Essential)
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent Communication skills including presentation skills.
- Organising skills and attention to detail.
- Coordinating skills.
- Good report writing skills.
- Time management and being able to work under pressure
